It has been a fulfilling experience to show seniors the many paths available them and to provide their families assurance that their loved ones are, indeed, able to stay in the family home.

Through my personal and professional experiences, I have learned as loved ones age they may have difficulty accepting both life’s changes and their unexpected financial burdens.

We who care for them can find it hard to handle all of the stresses of our parents’ and grandparents’ financial needs as well as those of our immediate family.  As home-care assistance, tax questions, long-term care, and property maintenance weigh heavily on us, the probability of selling the family home looms closer. It is my strong belief every older adult should have the option of staying in their home for as long as possible; reverse mortgages will make that happen.

When I discovered reverse mortgages, I immediately began heavily researching them.  I found they were a safe and ethical, long-term solution to many seniors’ financial dilemmas.  Here is a product not only allowing an individual to stay in their beloved home but also providing the ability to maintain financial security.  It was a surprising relief to know this tool was there.
